Second, the construction of the Temple, for reasons I've given in earlier articles in this blog, must be already underway. This requires there to be a red heifer so that ashes may be provided for purification rituals in Jewish law. This is not a Christian process; the people doing this will not be those who are getting in the Church Rapture, but the Jewish priests who are serving into the time of the Antichrist. I don't know if the sacrifice of the heifer is required for the construction of the Temple, but it IS required for the sacrifices on the altar, so without it there is no point to building the Temple complete with the altar. As stated before, Israeli engineers say they need a year to complete it, and the sacrifices MUST begin, proceed, be interrupted and the desolation of the sanctuary last 2,300 days into the seven year Tribulation period under Antichrist, 45 days after the end of which he comes to perdition and the Lord returns to Jerusalem. I've counted back and that comes back to spring, near or on Passover that the sacrifices begin. That makes that Passover six months AFTER the Rapture, and since it takes a year to build the Temple, construction must have begun around the Passover BEFORE that Rosh Hashanah that Christ takes His people home.
In short, if they don't find a red heifer, they aren't going to build it... but if they DO start to build it BEFORE or AROUND Passover, it opens the door to the Rapture that fall. One other thing... I've also timed out (at least approximately) the time of the ending of the sacrifice with the Antichrist's invasion and desolation of the Temple, which occurs the same time as the killing of the two prophets or witnesses which we take to be Moses and Elijah (not Enoch, he already witnesses to this day through his mighty works of stone on the Giza plateau and possibly other places.) Count back 42 months of 30 days (1,260 days) and by my count they arrive about six weeks or so BEFORE the catching away of the Church. So we will have warning when this is about to take place.

temple institute says they have a red heifer. Yet another quiencedence after thousands of years.
Since the Sixth seal of Revelations, Matt 24:29-30, Ezekiel 38:19-20 Indicate a great earthquake I bet the building will start after the rapture not before.

I originally subscribed to that theory, Rapture, but for the timeline to function for 2300 days it meant the quake would have had to happen much earlier than the clues to the time indicate in the prophecy. It's now clear to me the Temple has to be fully in place, dedicated and ready to accept sacrifices for the 2,300 days to start... and Israeli engineers said it requires a year to build; that's another 365 days or so and makes that period 7 1/2 years long. The Tribulations are seven years and are shortened for the sake of the elect, so really less than seven years. So that's how it works out that the Temple spends half a year -- 7 1/2 - 7 = 1/2 -- being built before the Tribs start.
As for them having a red heifer, I have also heard that rumor... it's supposed to have been secluded and being examined by religious authorities since March 2010.
However I would still not be surprised if an earthquake devastates the Temple Mount BEFORE the Tribulations begin (we do have quakes in various places) and that catalyzes the construction of the Third Temple without the interference of Islamic forces.
There's a buzz around that Comet Elenin would be associated with great earthquakes in September and October 2011. While a comet of its size could not possibly CAUSE major earthquakes from over 20 million miles away, there seem to be astrological significances to the position of Virgo wrt the Sun and the Moon the day after Rosh Hashanah, and the position of Elenin wrt that constellation and Sun as well.
One other matter I've been neglecting... I am no longer sure the entire Temple must be finished to accept sacrifices... all that may be needed is the altar of sacrifice, laver of cleansing and the Holy of Holies for the tokens. These may take considerably less time to build. It is important to note that no one had a Temple to offer sacrifices in until Solomon, but sacrifices were offered on altars in various places for millenia, ever since Adam. And, sacrifices were carried on through the reconstruction of the Temple under Herod. So all that's really basically needed is the altar.
Put on your seatbelts y'all...gettin close to J-time....Even so....
